Bookmark workspace
SaveIt turns a new tab into a bookmark workspace organized around categories and collapsible sections. Users can search the current category, choose how many bookmarks appear in each section row, and reorder their workspace with drag and drop.
The open-tabs panel makes it possible to switch to an existing tab, save one tab to a section, or collect all open tabs into a dated section.
Local data and portability
SaveIt stores categories, sections, bookmarks, and settings in IndexedDB in the browser. It does not need an external server to store bookmark content. JSON import and export let users back up the workspace or move it to another browser.
Chrome integration
The Manifest V3 extension replaces the default new-tab page with the SaveIt interface. The tabs permission supports listing and switching to open tabs, and saving them into bookmark sections.
